Town of Sylvan Lake celebrates Canada Day
Sylvan Lake celebrates its pride every July 1st as residents gathered together to
partake in activities.
Come celebrate your Canadian heritage with a fun filled day of activities around
town and at the pier columinating in a spectacular fireworks over the water.
July 1, 2011 Events
Events hosted by the Rotary Club of Sylvan Lake and the Royal Canadian Legion:
- 10:00am to 4:00pm On the pier
Kids activities – bouncy castle and tattoos
- 2:00pm
March of Canadians
- 2:30pm
Canada Day Cake-Cutting Ceremony
10:00pm - Boat Parade
10:30pm - Fireworks (Best place to watch is from the beach!)
