Finance and Administration

The Finance Department is responsible for financial functions including property taxation, utility bills, animal licensing, and the cemetery.

Town Office

The Town office is located at 4926- 50th Avenue, Sylvan Lake. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The office is closed all statutory holidays.

Drop Box payments - located at the top of the stairs at the front of the Town Office.

Post Dated cheques

In person at the Municipal Office by cash, Interac, cheque, or money order.

In person, by telephone or internet banking at most major banks.

Please note that there is a $20 administrative charge for any returned item and the option to pay by cheque may be suspended for customers who have returned cheques or payments.

Our Tax Clerk is available to answer questions regarding your property tax and assessment. The Town does not have an assessor on staff but the Tax Clerk can arrange for you to speak to the contract assessor.
