Ken has called Sylvan Lake home for the last 10 years. Prior to moving to Sylvan Lake, Ken served for 17 years on council for the Town of Manning. Ken is a full time teacher at H.J. Cody School. Ken can be found on the golf courses during summer months and cross country skiing during the winter.

Elected to Council in 2004, Clr. MacVicar is currently serving his 3rd term.
