Susan and her husband Bob have lived in Sylvan Lake for 30 years. They have one
adult daughter and together owned & operated a successful sporting goods store on
Main Street for 25 years. Susan served previously as a councilor for the Town of
Sylvan Lake as well as with the Heart of Town Association and the Sylvan Lake Chamber
of Commerce.
Mayor Samson was elected in 2007 and is currently serving her second term as Mayor.
