• Mayor Hanson proclaims the week of September 18 – 24, 2023, as Rail Safety Week in the Town of Sylvan Lake

ADMINISTRATION

• Council approves Third Reading of Procedure Bylaw 1886-2023
• Council adopts the proposed Terms of Reference, being a Terms of Reference to establish the Community Services Standing Committee for the Town of Sylvan Lake and authorize Administration to proceed with the recruitment process to establish the Community Services Standing Committee
• Council adopts the Corporate Services Standing Committee of Council Terms of Reference
• Council directs Administration to advise the property owner that Council does not support the cancellation of tax penalties as requested
