Annual Hydrant Testing and Flushing

The Town of Sylvan Lake is performing yearly maintenance on the Water Distribution System:
- Flushing fire hydrants until September 15
What to Expect:
- Temporary drop in water pressure
- Slight discolouration of your water caused by mineral deposits
- Your water is still safe to drink, even if discoloured
- To clear discolouration, run a cold water tap for a few minutes to clear
