Bid opportunities
Service and purchase opportunities that are of specific interest to local vendors (vehicle purchases, gravel supply, road painting services, etc.), are posted directly here. For vendors interested in accessing our nationally-tendered opportunities, please use our Online Bidding System.
Online Bidding System
We have launched an online procurement tool for bid opportunities that may benefit from a more geographically diverse audience. Vendors may view, download, and bid online. Bidders must register for a bidding system account; however, vendors may preview bid opportunity documents, prior to making a payment.
Vendors may purchase an unlimited annual subscription or purchase one time downloads from eSolutions Group Bids & Tenders e-Procurement platform at
When you create an account, select commodity code(s) for goods, services, and construction, and the bidding system will email the vendor identifying any bid opportunities that match their commodity code selection.
