50th Street Urban Design Guidelines
If you are developing property located within the 50th Street Direct Control District, you must follow the 50th Street Urban Design Guidelines.
The Guildelines regulate:
- Allowable uses;
- Setbacks;
- Parcel coverage;
- Height; and
- General requirements related to landscaping and architectural design.
Development Process and Design Guidelines
The Development Process and Design Guidelines provide expectations and minimum standards for developers to follow when completing bare land or infill developments. These expectations and standards are in relation to:
- Water, sewer, and road infrastructure;
- Environmental protection;
- Storm water management; and
- Shallow utility coordination (power, gas, and communications).
- Subdivision design;
- Servicing standards;
- Design and construction approval process; and
- As-constructed drawing submission requirements.
