Vandals strike wheelchair accessible park facilities

We are dissapointed to announce that vandals have damaged facilities in our Health and Wellness Healing Hub park. Staff put a lot of love and care into providing these accessible additions to Sylvan Lake.
Damage included
- Wheelchair accessible swing
- Wheelchair accessible garden bed, plants, and soil were dumped onto the ground
Repairs
- Due to the extent of the damage to the wheelchair accessible swing, we do not know when it will re-open
- The wheelchair accessible garden beds will need time and attention to recover
