CORPORATE SERVICES

  • Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1855/2022 establishing the 2022 property tax rates as outlined in Report AIR-548
  • Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1856/2022 authorizing the collection of a Supplementary Tax for the 2022 fiscal year as outlined in Report AIR-549
  • Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1854/2022, the Short-Term Operating Borrowing Bylaw as outlined in Report AIR-551
  • Council accepts the 2021 fiscal year unaudited financial reports as presented in Report AIR-552 and THAT Council approves the 2021 fiscal year operating deficit to be funded from unrestricted accumulated surplus as presented in Report AIA-552

PARKS & PROTECTIVE SERVICES

  • Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1852/2022, a Bylaw to amend the Parks and Open Spaces Bylaw 1477/2008 as defined in Report AIR-544

PUBLIC WORKS

  • Council accepts and adopts the 2022 Sylvan Lake Transportation Master Plan as presented in Report AIR-537
  • Council accepts and adopts the 2022 Memorial Trail Feasibility Planning Study as information as reported in Report AIR-543

RECREATION, CULTURE & TOURISM

  • Council grants Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1853/2022, the Mobile Vending and Busking Bylaw, as presented in accordance with Report AIR-547
