- Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1855/2022 establishing the 2022 property tax rates as outlined in Report AIR-548
- Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1856/2022 authorizing the collection of a Supplementary Tax for the 2022 fiscal year as outlined in Report AIR-549
- Council gives First Reading to Bylaw 1854/2022, the Short-Term Operating Borrowing Bylaw as outlined in Report AIR-551
- Council accepts the 2021 fiscal year unaudited financial reports as presented in Report AIR-552 and THAT Council approves the 2021 fiscal year operating deficit to be funded from unrestricted accumulated surplus as presented in Report AIA-552
