- Violence Prevention and Supports: Council accepts the Violence Prevention and Supports: A Community Response brochure and presentation as information, as presented in Report AIR-493.
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Business Licensing Bylaw: Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1845/2021, the Business Licensing Bylaw, as requested in Report AIR-492.
- Fees and Charges Bylaw: Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1846/2021, being a Bylaw to amend the Fees and Charges Bylaw 1833/2021, as requested in Report AIR-494.
- Land Use Bylaw: Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1840/2021, being a Bylaw to amend the Town’s Land Use Bylaw to re-designate parts of the NW 21-38-1-W5W and grants First Reading to Bylaw 1839/2021, being a Bylaw to amend the Town’s Land Use Bylaw 1695/2015. Council also sets December 13, 2021 at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers as the date, time and place for the Public Hearing on Bylaw 1840/2021 and Bylaw 1839/2021, respectively, as requested in Report AIR-495 and AIR-496, respectively.
- Subdivision Authority Bylaw: Council grants Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1844/2021, as presented in Report AIR-497, being a Bylaw to amend the Subdivision Authority Bylaw 1822/2021.
