Pogadl Park Outline Plan
Council Adopted the Pogadl Park Outline Plan, as presented.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
Community Bus Policy | Amendment
Council approved a report to amend the Community Bus Policy, as presented.
The bus is in the Town’s possession; however, not yet in service at this time.
Pogadl Park Design Refinement and Budget Adjustment
Council approved the conceptual design, as presented, and directed Administration to proceed with the development of a Lease Agreement with the investors of the baseball stadium for construction in 2019 and 2020.
Further, Council approved a budget adjustment to advance $1,000,000 from the 2023 Parks Capital Plan for the preparation of site and services to accommodate the addition of the baseball stadium in Phase One, with funds from the Parks Capital Reserve.

Rescind Policy | Pedestrian Crossing Assistance Signals
Council rescinded a Policy that limited the Town’s ability to evolve and improve local pedestrian crossing signals.

2019 Second Quarter Financial Reports
Council accepted the second quarter financial reports for the period ending June 30, as presented.
