Council granted Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1780/2019, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw.

Council reviewed and accepted as Information a number of project reports including, but not limited to:
- Tourism Economic Impact Assessment
- Commercial Land Use Strategy
- 46 Street/47 Avenue Traffic Signals
- Highway 20/Memorial Trail Intersection Upgrades
- Lagoon Reclamation and Snow Dump
- 53 Street/50 Avenue to Lakeshore Drive Modernization
- New Water Wells and Tie ins
- Water Supply Main for North Water Reservoir

2019 Supplementary Tax Bylaw
Council granted Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1782/2019, the Supplementary Tax Bylaw

Mayor Sean McIntyre Proclaimed the following:
To commit our Municipality to diligently commence and complete implementing the tools named below prior to August 31st, 2020.
- Complete Stormwater Master Plan and implement Quality Improvement Standards with Engineering Standards.
- Create a uni-directional flushing program to reduce water usage and remove downstream impacts.
- Engage environmental consultant to evaluate Town snow dumping facility.
- Complete regional wastewater line to Red Deer, thus improving effluent quality.
