Council accepted the Third Quarter Financial Reports, for the period ending September 30th, 2020 as presented.
2021 Interim Budget
Council approved an interim operating budget for 2021 in accordance with Section 242 of the MGA for $7.37 million, including pre-budget approval of the items listed in this report, as outlined in Report AIR-319, including Centennial Park Budget amount.

Council granted Second and Third Reading to proposed bylaw 1818/2020, being a bylaw to amend the Land Use Bylaw 1695/2015, as presented.
PUBLIC WORKS
Town of Sylvan Lake Water Master Plan
Council accepted and adopted Sylvan Lake 2020 Water Master Plan, presented.
Waste Bylaw Amendment
Council granted First Reading to Bylaw 1817/2020, as presented, and set January 11, at 6:00 PM in Council Chambers, as the date, time, and place for a Public Hearing.
Fogdog Energy Solutions Incorporated | Request to Amend MSA #3
Council authorizeed the Chief Administrative Officer to negotiate and finalize details of Amendment Number Three of the Master Services Agreement between Fogdog Energy Solutions Incorporated and the Town of Sylvan Lake; to extend the regulatory approvals deadline or other non-substantial details for a No Landfill Disposal Facility, to execute the Amendment at his discretion and that the Amendment to be co-signed by the Mayor, as presented.
