PUBLIC HEARINGS

  • Hearing for Proposed Bylaw 1849/2021 Waste Bylaw Replacement
    Council received one e-mail from a resident; no additional input and therefore closed feedback on the proposed Bylaw 1849/2021. 
  • Hearing for Proposed Bylaw 1848/2021 Water and Sewage AmendingBylaw
    Council received no input and therefore closed feedback on the proposed Bylaw 1848/2021. 

CORPORATE SERVICES

  • Council approve the circulation of the proposed 2022-2024 Financial Plan to the public for final adoption of the 2022 Operating and Capital Budget and 10 Year Capital Plan scheduled for February 14, 2022, as outlined in Report AIR-514.

 PUBLIC WORKS

  • Council grants second and third reading to Bylaw 1849/2021, as presented in Report AIR-506, being a Bylaw to replace Waste Bylaw 1620/2013 and FURTHER THAT Bylaw 1620/2013 and all its amendments be repealed.
  • Council grants second and third Reading to Bylaw 1848/2021, as presented in Report AIR-511, being a Bylaw to amend the Water and Sewage Bylaw 1805/2020.

RECREATION, CULTURE & TOURISM

  • Council appoints Onsy Tawadrous, to the Economic Development Community Advisory Committee in the position of Commercial Property Owner, for a two year term expiring October 2023, as presented in AIR-510.

PUBLIC WORKS

  • Council granted first reading to proposed Bylaw 1849/2021 and sets the public hearing meeting for January 10, 2022, at 6:00 PM, Council Chambers in the Municipal Government Building, as presented in Report AIR-499.
  • Council granted first reading to Bylaw 1848/2021 and sets the public hearing meeting for January 10, 2022, at 6:00 PM, Council Chambers in the Municipal Government Building, as presented in Report AIR-501.
