CORPORATE SERVICES - Council approve the circulation of the proposed 2022-2024 Financial Plan to the public for final adoption of the 2022 Operating and Capital Budget and 10 Year Capital Plan scheduled for February 14, 2022, as outlined in Report AIR-514.
