Council accepted a report – Request for Information, Subdivision Extensions, as information.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
Emergency Management Bylaw 1778/2018
Council granted Second and Third Reading to the Municipal Emergency Management Bylaw, as presented.
Request to add to Tax Role, Snow Removal, Sidewalk Maintenance Amounts Owing
Council added the unpaid expenses and costs incurred by the Town to the tax rolls of those property owners identified in Appendix A, who neglected to remove snow and ice from sidewalks adjacent to their properties, and who further neglected to remit payment to the Town upon demand.
Council then directed Administration to undertake a comprehensive review of the Community Standards Bylaw at a future Committee of the Whole meeting.
ADMINISTRATION
Appointment of Clerk to the Subdivision & Development Appeal Board
Council appointed Vangie Wiseman to the position of Clerk with the Subdivision & Development Appeal Board, effective immediately.

Corporate Credit Card Use, Policy
Council rescinded the Corporate Credit Card Use Policy, and accepted a new Corporate Credit Card Use Policy as information.
