CAPITAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS

• Council increases the budget for the 2023 Street Rehabilitation Program (CP2025) to $700,000
• Council approves the reallocation of $80,873.33 from CP2025 Street Rehabilitation to CP2207 West Village Modernization
• Council approves the budget adjustment for CP1925 New Water Well and Connection, with $896,346 coming from Alberta Municipal Water/Wastewater Partnership; $1,007,796 from utility reserve; and $1,065,858 coming from water offsite levy reserve

COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT

• Council appoints Mr. Scott Milne to the Economic Development Community Advisory Committee in the position of Commercial Property Developer for a term to expire October 2025

COMMUNITY MARKETING CAMPAIGN

• Council approve the award of RFP #2023 Ec Dev Community Marketing Campaign to National Public Relations Inc. for an amount to not exceed $180,000.00, excluding the GST
