Council approves Report AIR-420 which appoints Tori Adolf, Nicole Alexander, Jordan Ward, Andrew Murray and Kyle Chaisson, as Municipal Weed Inspectors for the Town of Sylvan Lake.
Municipal Enforcement Strategic Priorities
Council approves Report AIR-421, approving the 2021 Municipal Enforcement Strategic Priorities Plan, as presented.

Health and Wellness Healing Hub
Council accepts the Health and Wellness Healing Hub purpose and conceptual designs information, as presented.
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Tourist Home Renewal
Council approves Development Permit 99-2021 to operate a Tourist Home located at 5044 51 A Street (as described in Report AIR-417, subject to a list of conditions.
Tourist Home Application
Council approves Development Permit 127-2021 to operate a Tourist Home located at 5016 47th Street (Lot 29,Block 9, Plan 9724151), as described in Report AIR-419, subject to a list of conditions.
Downtown Patio Program
Council defeats the motion that directs Administration to proceed with a downtown patio program for 2021, seeking contracted services to build wooded patio structures that are to be located in the parking area, and pay for the program utilizing funding from the Town’s general reserve, as presented in AIR-418.

Request to Award Tender
Council awards the 2021 Pavement Patching Services tender to Border Paving of Red Deer, Alberta for an amount not to exceed $320,000 excluding the GST, as presented. Council also awards the 47th Avenue Pavement Overlay tender to Border Paving for an amount not to exceed $363,000 excluding the GST, as presented in.
