Bylaw 1779/2019 to Amend Land Use Bylaw, Tripp Lands
Council granted Second and Third Readings to Bylaw 1779/2019, to amend the Town’s Land Use Bylaw to re-designate parts of SE 31-38-1-W5M.
Request for Signage: Chamber of Commerce
Council accepted a report: Request for Signage – Chamber of Commerce, as information.
Request for Transfer of Funds: Strategy for Recreation/Water Lease Area
Council redirected funds, as per the Budget Adjustment Policy, from the 2019 Operating Contingency Reserves, to OP1940 – Strategy for Water Recreation Lease Area, in the amount of $30,000.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
Request to Award Pogadl Park Phase 1
Council awarded the contract for detailed landscape architectural services to Select Engineering Consultants of Edmonton, Alberta for the Pogadl Park Phase 1 project or the cost of $249,164 plus disbursements and exclusive of the GST.
PUBLIC WORKS
Request for Decision: Snow and Ice Control Policy
Council approved the Snow and Ice Control Policy, as presented, and directed Administration to communicate the Policy to the public, as well as consult with the public on potential future changes.
Adopt a Spot Litter Control Policy
Council approved Policy E-003-013, the Adopt a Spot Litter Control Policy, as presented.
