PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1875/2023, the Digital Advertising Bylaw, and sets April 24, 2023, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Government Building as the date, time and place for a public hearing on the Bylaw
- Council grants Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1874/2023 to amend the Land Use Bylaw to include Day Care Facility as a discretionary use in the Highway Commercial District.
RECREATION, CULTURE, TOURISM & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
- Council approves Second and Third Reading of the Mobile Vending and Busking Bylaw as amended to include Pogadl Park in the Fitness and Leisure Category.
ADMINISTRATION
- Council approves Administration’s recommendation to delegate administrative Human Resources Policies to the CAO and approves the updated HR Policy
PARKS & PROTECTIVE SERVICES
Council postpones the Request to Award Tender – Pogadl Park Tournament House to IMC Construction Ltd. for an amount not to exceed $570,000.00, exclusive of the GST, to the April 11, 2023, Regular Meeting of Council.
PUBLIC WORKS
Council directs Administration to award the services contract, Sewage Lagoon Desludging 2023 to Clean Harbors Energy and Industrial Services of Edmonton in an amount to not exceed $750,000.00, excluding GST
