- Council approves the Impact Youth Group Mural project at 5004 46 Street and waives the associated sign permit fee as presented in Report AIR-581
PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Council repeals Bylaw 1684/2015 and grants Second and Third Reading of Bylaw 1859/2022, the Cemeteries Bylaw, as presented in accordance with Report AIR-580
- Council approves Development Permit #066-2022, for a two storey single detached dwelling located at 3921 Lakeshore Drive (Lot 26, Block 7, Plan 8037AO), as presented in AIR-578 subject conditions
- Council grants First Reading to Bylaw 1861/2022, being a bylaw to amend the Town’s Land Use Bylaw to re-designate part of the NW 27 – 38 – 1 – W5M; and
sets June 13, 2022, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers as the date, time and place for the Public Hearing on Bylaw 1861/2022, as requested in Report AIR-576 - Council grants First Reading to Bylaws 1857/2022 and 1858/2022, being bylaws to amend the Town’s Land Use Bylaw 1695/2015, as requested in AIR-577; and
sets June 13, 2022, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Government Building as the date, time and place for the Public Hearing for Bylaws 1857/2022 and 1858/2022
CORPORATE SERVICES
- Council grants Second and Third Reading to Bylaw 1860/2022, authorizing the Fees and Charges Bylaw, as outlined in Report AIR-575
