2019 Municipal Weed Inspector Appointments
Council appointed the following seasonal staff members as Municipal Weed Inspectors for the Town of Sylvan Lake: Grant Gautreau, Ryan Ganton, Trent Kure, Ryan Kaczmar, Cody McIntosh, Nicole Alexander and Mark Green.
PUBLIC WORKS
Wastewater Model, Masterplan, Inflow & Infiltration Study and 30th Street Lift Station Preliminary Design Contract Award
Council directed Administration to negotiate and award the Engineering Services contract for the Wastewater Model; Wastewater Masterplan, and an Inflow and Infiltration Study, as well as the preliminary design of the 30th Street Lift Station, to Associated Engineering Alberta Ltd. of Edmonton, Alberta at a cost not exceeding $255,946 excluding GST.
Pavement Patching Services | Tender Award
Council awarded the 2019 pavement patching tender to Border Paving of Red Deer, Alberta for an amount not to exceed $300,000, excluding GST.
