• sets the Organizational Meeting of Council for the 2025-2026 Council calendar year on October 29, 2025 at 11:00 AM

Public Hearing Delays

• Public Hearings for Bylaws 1935-2025, 1936-2025, and 1937-2025 are postponed to a future date (to be determined) due to the inability to provide proper notification as a result of the ongoing postal strike

Golf Cart Bylaw

• Council approve third reading of Pilot Project (Golf Cart) Bylaw (more details to come)

Policies Approved

• Council approves the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy
• Council approves the Signing Authority Policy and rescinds the Corporate Seal Policy
