Public Hearing
- A public hearing took place in relation the Removal of MR Land Designation from Lot 3MR, Plan 9926305. No speakers present were in support of the proposed Bylaw. Three speakers were opposed to the proposed Bylaw.
Business Items
- Council directs the Town Chief Administrative Officer to notify the Registrar that the Provisions of Part 17, Division 9 of the MGA have been complied with and request the Registrar to remove the designation of the municipal reserve from the Town property legally described as Plan 992 6305, Lot 3MR containing 0.218 ha.
Street Names
- Council approves the street names submitted by the developer for Grayhawk, as presetnted in AIR-817.
Tax Penalty Cancellation
- Council defeats the motion to approve the cancellation of tax penalties as requestied in tax roll #00668700
Code of Conduct
- Council finds the Council and Committee Code of Conduct Bylaw 1871/2023 breached, specifically, Section 9(d) stating Council “arrange their private affairs and conduct themselves in a manner that promotes public confidence and will bear close public scrutiny”.
