Responsible Animal Ownership Bylaw
Council approves First and Second Reading, the presentation of all three Readings, and Third Reading of the Responsible Animal Control Bylaw 1841/2021, as an amendment to add the Schedule “A” Fines and Penalties to the Bylaw, as presented in Report AIR-469.

PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT

Crestview/Vistas Street Name Request
Council approves the street name, “Vista View”, as submitted by the developers and presented in Report AIR-465.


Detached Dwelling with a Secondary Suite and Accessory Building
Council approves Development Permit 207-2021, for a detached dwelling with secondary suite and detached garage and relaxation to the minimum parking stall at 5240 50B Avenue (Lot 28, Block D, Plan 152 2234), as presented in Report AIR-467, subject to a number of conditions.

Demo of a Detached Dwelling and Relaxation
Council approves the application to demolish the detached dwelling subject to the removal of the accessory building as a condition.
