Municipal Stimulus Program
Council directed Administration to apply for the Municipal Stimulus Program for the Pogadl Park project and the Curling Lounge Project.
Further, Council directed the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer to enter into a Memo of Understanding with the Province to deliver the Municipal Stimulus Program, as defined in the report.

Proposed Merger Between Bridges Community Living Foundation and Sylvan Lake Foundation
Council carried a motion to proceed with more discussions related to the merging of Bridges Community Living Foundation and Sylvan Lake Foundation, as defined.
PUBLIC WORKS
Offsite Levy Bylaw 1812/2020
Council granted second and third reading to Bylaw 1812/2020, as presented.
Council carried a motion to debit the water offsite reserve $953,833; to debit the sanitary offsite reserve $476,739; to debit the Storm Water Offsite Reserve $1,117, 200; to credit the transportation offsite $1,806,964; and to credit the Roads Capital Reserve $740,808, as presented.
