Polar Dip Raises Over $18,000 at Winterfest

Polar dippers at this year's Winterfest event raised a total of $18,365.69 for local non-profits.

Over 55 registered for the event with 47 jumping into the lake as part of the festivities, with 19 different groups set to receive funds.

The Polar Dip event is an annual staple of Winterfest activities, with jumpers raising money for local charities as part of the entry process. Winterfest took place over the Family Day long weekend, February 17-20, 2023.
