Public Waterfront Parking Lots Open | Visitor Pay Parking in Effect

Public waterfront parking lots are now open. At this time, the full Visitor Pay Parking Program is in effect.

The Visitor Pay-Parking Program runs every year from May 15 to September 15, between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM, daily.

Public parking lots, and identified street parking within the waterfront require payment. Parking for residents remains free; however, residents must register their vehicles, if they haven’t already done so in previous years.

Street parking along streets within “resident parking only” zones, is designated for residents with registered vehicles only.

Please note that on street pay parking is restricted to three hours for both residents and visitors.

Visitor pay-parking rates:

  • $2.00/ hour;
  • $10.00/ day;
  • $126.50/ annual parking pass;
  • Persons with disabilities, with visible Disabilities Placards, may park in designated disability parking spaces for free.

Free parking  within walking distance to the waterfront is still available.

Free parking lots are located:

  • East of 50 Street, along 50 Avenue, and
  • Along 49 Avenue, between 46 Street, and 50 Street.
