COMMUNITY SERVICES
Council approved Report AIR-101, the amended Community Bus Policy C001-001C as presented.
Fire Bylaw 1793/2019
Council granted second and third reading of Fire Bylaw 1793/2019, as presented.
Fireworks Bylaw 1794/2019
Council granted second and third reading of Fireworks Bylaw 1794/2019, as presented.
PUBLIC WORKS
Council approved an initial cost for the Centennial washroom improvements of $8,500, with an annual operating cost approval of $3,000, as presented in AIR-112
FINANCE
Council accepted the 2020 Sylvan Lake Municipal Library Budget and approved the 2020 operating grant of $419,220 as outlined in AIR – 110.
Council approved the Parkland Regional Library Budget for the 2020 fiscal year at $8.55 per capita and advised the PRL Board in writing, as outlined in Council Report AIR – 90.
Council accepted the 2019 Third Quarter Public Concerns and Requests report as information, as outlined in Council Report AIR – 111.
