Council granted Third Reading to the Sylvan Lake Municipal Library Bylaw.
Business Resilience Strategy
Council approved the Business Resilience Strategy, as presented, and reallocated $60,000 from CP1910 (Gateway Signage Project), to fund strategy implementation. Remaining funds from CP1910 stay in the Roads Capitol Reserve Fund.

Council awarded the Backhoe Loader Tender, CP2030, to Brandt Tractor of Red Deer, AB, for an amount not to exceed $270,000 excluding GST, as presented.
Request to Tender | Equipment Storage Building Addition
Council awarded the Tender for the Equipment Storage Building Addition Project, CP2026, to Brenex Building Corporation Ltd. of Edmonton, AB, for an amount not to exceed $295,203 excluding GST, as presented.
Council reallocated $125,203 from the Building Maintenance Reserve to CP2026.
Council reallocated $40,000 from the Utility Reserve to CP2026.
