Council granted First Reading to Fire Bylaw 1793/2019, as presented.
Fireworks Bylaw 1794/2019
Council granted First Reading to Fire Bylaw 1794/2019, as presented.
This new bylaw is necessary, as the Provincial Fire Code (now a National Fire Code), no longer addresses fireworks, specifically; municipalities must develop their own regulations.

Council received the Emergency Procurement, NexSource Centre, as information, as presented.

Communications Strategy
Council accepted and adopted the 2019 Corporate Communications Strategy, as presented.
Third Quarter Project Reports
Council reviewed the Q3 project reports. Council granted the following project extensions:
- Trail Upgrades and Maintenance to September 2020;
- Sylvan Lake Park Upgrades, Phase 2 to June 2020.
