Residential Water Meter Upgrade Program

The Town is upgrading select water meters starting Monday, May 31. Residents affected by these upgrades will start receiving notices starting May 27.
This service is required to replace meters at the end of their life cycle. New meters also provide upgraded features such as leak detection and remote reading.
Neptune Technology Group is providing the upgrades and is communicating with affected residents receiving the upgrade. This communication is in the form of a letter and instructs residents on how to book an appointment with Neptune to receive the upgrade. This information can also be found on the Town’s website.
This upgrade is only for select homes and notices; if you do not receive communication from Neptune Technology, you do not need to book an appointment for an upgrade at this time.
