Busking Registration Form

Welcome

All buskers must register with us. Buskers must receive approval from the Town before performing.

Once you're application is approved, all buskers must follow the following rules:

  • Buskers must display Busker ID number;
  • Buskers must post hours of intended performances;
  • Performances are limited to two hours per location (though you may return to that location if it is not in use);
  • Buskers must perform at approved busking locations - indicated by signage;
  • Buskers must not block pedestrian traffic;
  • Buskers may not aggressively solicit donations, or charge a minimum or set fee for performances, with the exception of an artist who may charge a fee for the artwork created on site;
  • Buskers must ensure performances are family-friendly;
  • No high risk, or unsafe performances allowed.
