  • Communication (what your child understands and what they can say)
  • Fine Motor (your child's hand and finger movement and coordination)
  • Gross Motor (how your child uses their arms, legs and other large muscles for sitting, crawling, walking and other activities)
  • Problem-Solving (how your child plays with toys and solves problems)
  • Personal-Social (your child's self-help skills and interactions with others)

This developmental check-up is for caregivers with children 2 - 60 months. You can complete this online or by contacting the Early Childhood Development staff to make an appointment. There is no cost to using the tool online or in person.
